I had an idea about making the show more like a competition:

Every housemate who is evicted gets killed inf ront of the crowd. Of course the remaining housemates don't know about that and discover the "surprise' when they get out.

-The winner is alive, got cheered with fireworks and all of the usual stuff.
-The runner-up gets slightly beaten: an arm and a leg broken.
-3rd place gets badly beaten like blood everywhere.

The rest got killed.
