He is behaving just as he accuses. Doing to them what has been done to you is high behaviour indeed NOT !

Whether you like Freddie or not, it cannot be claimed that he has been aggressive like Lisa has. Furthermore, Lisa constantly told people not to speak to Freddie for weeks in order to make Freddie an outsider. Nothing Freddie has done is in any way comparable.
