It's going to be horrific, the Hollywood version's called Let Me In and is directed by Matt Reeves (Possibly the film's only plus point so far). He says he wants it to stick closer to the book but let's face it Studios aren't gonna go for it and they'll be forced to age the characters to go after the Twilight audience (I like Twilight but it's a tragedy if the beat this one down to fit it's mould). It's due in 2010.

This really doesn't sound good to be honest. I mean it doesn't share any of the traits that would usually lend themselves well to a remake like, for example, the japanese horrors such as the ring. Let the Right One In is a different breed entirely and I worry that it's subtle power will be lost on the general demographic to which these films are usually made for. I don't think you can compromise with a movie such as this..... it really could be terrible.

God... hollywood needs to **** off now.... this was a really good movie, i jsut watch it liek a hour ago, it was good, i loved the final 15 mins, the best 15 mins of a film ive seen in a while!
