Marcus doesn't flip like some of the other HMs. He doesn't jump to conclusions and he thinks things through. The conversation above is exactly how he is, a reasonable intelligent guy.

Bea says that she just 'reacted'. Have you noticed how Bea always says she has to just 'react to everything? As if she has no control over her own reactions.
