Maybe just some of the posters on this thread are ignorant of neurological diversity.

Halfwit's reactions were not "drama" because halfwit was reacting in the way that he could best react with the brain that god gave him.

A severe dyslexic, he was flustered and unable to talk.

I found it quite admirable to be fair how he was able to disassociate himself from his physical reactions, telling himself and others, that it was his body that was reaction. He was very lucid and specific about the phrases that had been spoken to him, which showed him doing the opposite of being a drama queen - which is to otherwise conflate the facts and exaggerate, and deepen one's own upset through allowing the imagination to reauthor the actions that have just past.

I really felt for him but I hope he pulls through. He's a good guy at his heart, which is enough for me.

He is very different and a little odd due to his dyslexia but I don't hold it against him.

To a certain extent he got what he deserved after turning against her becase of the way Marcus dripped poison about her into his ears on fag-gate night. Bea is confused at the sudden change in Freddie and the way he relates to her.

Marcus said she was a 'negative' influence on Freddie. Freddie then told her she was acting negative in the house. She came out fighting at this slur.

Marcus is at the root of this, but Freddie has a share of the guilt for being so easily re-programmed by such a transparent manipulator as Marcus.

He shows all the signs of having been taught coping strategies through Neuro-Lingistic-Programming (NLP). The vocalisations Uums, ahs, oohs) are part of the training. His self control and dissociation of mental and body reactions is also part of this training.

One of the problems of this NLP is that it make him a highly suggestible individual and Marcus, who is clearly highly intelligent, has played on this in a reprehensible (unforivable) way.

NLP is charlatan science, and it certainly is not a 1st line therapy for learning disabilities. Freddie doesn't talk slowly and umm and ahh because he did Master Practitioner Training with Bandler.

This is the most nonsensical idea yet.

No, I would have had enough. Freddy has been betrayed totally by Bea. Bea doesn't let Freddy speak at all. She talks about negatively and bullying when she is the bully.

He put up with all the **** at the beginning and he has no right to put up with it all again. I would by crying also, I would be extremely upset if I one person who I trusted betrayed me, called me things that aren't true and are actually true about themselves and turned all other people against me, it's wrong.

I hope Freddy stays in I disagree insanely that this was a game plan on Freddy's side, not at all.

He didn't overreact, his feelings were hurt, instead of bottling them up, he displayed them.
