A drink went missing and he accused Tom......Once again he got it wrong......He imagines something and inspite of not actually knowing he turns it into a lie and all the consequences that follow.

Noirin gone so he thinks to himself how can I get air time.i know I will refuse to nominate.......regardless of the flack and consequences on other house mates........He also lied about the rest of the house not being up for nomination because of his refusing to nominate.......Then when the truth came out from BB he wriggled out of the lie by saying he thought he would be in trouble with BB if he told every one.....

he misheard a convo between Kris and Karly but felt he ought to tell his mate about it. Not a lie... he was genuine.

"A drink went missing and he accused Tom"
the drink that went missing was sat 30 cm from where Tom picked up his. Lisa corrected him. so not a malicious lie but a fair mistake as lisa said.

"Noirin gone so he thinks to himself how can I get air time"
No lie there and he thought the consequences would be that only HE would go up ...as was the precedent in the past. Once he knew that all would go up he tried to nominate again but bb told him to leave the dr.

"He also lied about the rest of the house not being up for nomination"
at that point bb hasn't told him that all would be up. BB said there may be consequences for the other hms. That's all. Could mean anything from gaol time to food rations
