Monday here at Mirror.co.uk's Showbiz Towers and we're saddened but unsurprised to hear that Jack Tweed is set to be booted out of his bachelor pad.

Apparently, Jade Goody's widower has already pushed his luck too far with the landlady of his Essex flat - despite having only lived there for just 16 days ago.

Wow, way to go, party boy.

Apparently, the owner has seen red over the "degrading" bashes that Tweed has been throwing since he moved in, which have seen Jack photographed naked on the balcony and are reported to have sparked more than 100 complaints from neighbours.

Meanwhile, the landlady's brother Daniel Vassi commented: "Jack is a disgrace. I spoke to him. The house was a tip. We will be serving papers."

However, a spokesman for Tweed said his client denied any orgies had taken place and was staying put, explaining: "He does not know of any moves to evict him."

Ooops, hope he doesn get home after a night on the pop in the not too distant future to find the locks changed and his possessions dumped in bin bags by the front door.

As we reported yesterday, the dad of Jade's two sons Jeff Brazier has waded in to give his two pennorth about Tweed and said he needs to step up to the mark and be a role model for the Jade's little boys,

However, he also revealed that Jack posed for pictures as part of a magazine deal that earned him £350,000 but put all the money he got into a trust fund for the boys - proving that the club promoter isn't that bad after all.

Hmm, think we'll take a bit more convincing - and we reckon that goes for Jack's landlady too.
