Unfortunately, she is only up for eviction by default, not for people actually voting for her. If Siavash and Sophie had nominated, then perhaps she might not have been up. It was only because they touched her and said her name that she is up.

BB really doesn't want Bea to walk, there is no way they would ever give another housemate an extra message from home (however small). They don't want to have to call off the biggest eviction of the series!
