21 is a fine age, most housemates tend to be mid-late 20's anyway well apart from BB8 which was just a nursery with Carol and Lesley as the baby sitters

Laws only changed a couple of years ago.

Britain's Got Talent cant have kids on the spin-off because of these laws.
