Usa put Sadam in place in the 70's and turned his back (oil) on America after they threaten to replace him if he didn't do what they say.
Yes he killed people but everyone on the planet is responsible for that because we always let evil people do evil things. Genocides in Africa, no one cares because all there is there is humans and I don't see you crying about it.
