forgive me,but lets just say he has the balls and wants to go up against another H.M because he thinks he could survive, would that not be seen as tactical voting and game playing?all he has said is he did not want to vote, why is this such an issue for people?

he is not the first house mate to ever decide to not nominate, yet he is the one getting singled out..strange that.. and those saying siavash just talks about nominations and what not all the time,do they not remember when lisa would sit around with karly and anyone who would listen, and poison people against each other?also did freddie and marcus not do much the same when they had their little clique?yet siavash is in the wrong for breaking one measely rule..

For breaking one measely rule about four times! If he gave a reason for not doing it people might understand but nominating is the fundamental rule in big brother, everybody has had to do it except this douche apparently.

vvankers.
No Siavash makes himself the scapegoat by not nominating normally every week. That's his own fault. He's the one tampering with stuff each week.
marcus breaking rules at any given moment is fine yet siavash makes a decision to not nominate and people have an issue? he has every right to nominate or not nominate,no one minded when marcus said the same thing last week or have we forgotten that?marcus saying he might not nominate and i dont remember charlie kicking up a fuss then...

siavash is being made a scapegoat because they not he cant defend himself aswell as marcus could, imagine charlie having a go at marcus last week?he'd have been man handled and he knows it.. it was good to see sophie backing siavash even when rodney was trying to guilt trip her..
I think siavash defended himself pretty well, marcus was made a scapegoat 2 weeks ago when everyone was up.

I've given up trying to give my opinion on the reasons why Siavash is doing what he's doing, because people don't listen.
If they would actually listen to what he's saying, they might get it, but they won't so I can't be bothered explaining either.

I think I should just give up too.
The funny thing is some FMs are making it out like Siavash is so sh*t scared of being up for eviction, but you see him on live feed and he's just cool about it all- hes like 'whatever happens happens, I did what I thought was right'

Doesnt look like someone scared to me

siavash has been scared to death to be up with just one person and thats why he has for 3 weeks cocked up the noms for his own benefit..he has wanted everyone up so he has a better chance of staying..he states he doesnt want a free ride...well hell all he has had to do was tell the housemates to put him up and he wouldnt get a free ride...the man has no balls..i just hope its him and marcus this week...i want to see him tremble, pray and shake like he does every week when noms are read out and when the name of the evictee is read out.

hes a grown man,why should he need to give a full and frank reason for anything?marcus vandalised the diary room,he broke rules every minute, people on here go "oh that marcus, hes so boystrous hes a legend" yet siavash decides to not nominate (for his own reasons) and people seem to want to pick a fight with him..

fundamental rules are broken all the time on big brother,if they were always adhered to i dont think this show would be half as amusing,my point is,siavash is doing what he feels is right,marcus/sophie had made much the same point to not nominate last week.. so why is this an issue?

if it was about breaking rules constantly then i dont see why marcus is held in such high regard when he has broken way more rules then siavash ever has,if its about game playing then i still dont see why marcus is held in such high regard when he says "the only reason i do some things,is i want to be seen as the housemate who's done it all" is that not a game plan?

further more when charlie wrote on the fridge was that not a breach of the rules?they all do it,so siavash should be left to make his own decisions and not be chastised for doing so,just like every other housemate in there..

If he were a grown man he would grow a pair and just vote, I'm not condoning Marcus but you seem to just side with whoever is getting slated on here just to be different? Oh and nobody felt the need to talk about Charlie writing on the fridge as we all know he's a tool anyway.

what you see as being diffrent is nothing more then me thinking logically and not jumping on foolish bandwagons to stay with the "in" crowd on a forum..

if i thought siavash was wrong i wouldv'e said so,you think to be a grown man means to just vote, while i think to be a grown man is to think for himself and stand up for what he feels is right, and not just follow the crowd so yeah thats where we differ, had he just caved in because he was being singled out then i think one could say siavash should indeed "grow a pair" however, hes standing firm and hopefully this week,it will become clear if siavash stays, that he should not be victimised and targeted in such a way,for excercising his right to not vote..

i doubt id be seeing posts from you about marcus needing to "grow a pair" had he chosen not to vote, infact im sure he would be regarded as even more of a legend for disobeying rules like the badass he is..

If it was anyone other than Siavash I don't think Charlie would have kicked up such a fuss to be honest. He's always hated Siavash.
