Default Will bosses step up their game next year?

Channel 4 are reportedly set to announce that they're going to axe Big Brother after BB11 today.

If it's true, do you think that this will prompt those in charge to attempt to make next year's series better, even if its only to improve BB's chances of being sold to another channel - or do you think we'll see more of the same?

It could all be for publicity, I mean why would they reveal an axe when:
1. We have 10 days left of this series
2. We have a celebrity version left
3. And we have another full 13 week version of BB11

Surely it is too early to confirm.

I really don't think they are bothered anymore by the way this series has gone.

I think they're being desperate - look how low the viewing numbers are now. They've tried almost everything this year to give the show a boost... nomination talk, outside knowledge, outside visits... and none of it has worked if you look at the big picture. It's just gone stale. I don't think we can rule out them doing anything as a last-ditch effort to survive.

It's just been confirmed on Sky news. Next year (BB11) WILL be the last.
