Default naps

really do sometimes help. a 10 hour shift at work came home, had food and then a 2 hour nap.... lush!

Naps<3. I had a 2 hour one yesterday after 8 hours sleep, pure laziness, lol! I can fall asleep anywhere though, trains, the ground outside Wembley etc :P which is quite handy when exhausted.

Lol i have often had naps after the gym, its more getting home and just having no energy to do anything so i sit down n fall asleep by accident.

Sometimes they are great, but sometimes make me feel a bit unwell.

Apparently two 4 hour naps within 24 hours is healthier than 8 hours in a row. I actually lived like this for about 2 years and it's a much better system than what I have now!

Sometimes i might have work till 8:30 in morning till 12ish, then 3 hours sleeps, then work again.... but that little nap really helps for my later shift......
