I guess the horse meat if from when they die of natural causes or injury?they don't just kill horses for the meat surely?

They probably breed them strong and healthy to kill them, like we do with cows etc lol.

You should try it, definitely. Ostrich steak is another typical meal, and yes it does taste a bit like chicken.
