If anyone was constantly slagged off in the press it would get them down sometimes. I've seen loads of documentries with famous people getting upset over press articles. She wouldn't be human if it didn't get to her.
I think it's really rude of all the housemates to try and ram their advice down her throat, she didn't ask for any. Try going up to people you don't know that well and offering unsolicited advice on how they should behave and see what kind of reception you get? Bet they tell you to b***** off.

The last line about Pete not being unstable was a joke yeah? A more well balanced down to earth specimen that Pete Burns would be hard to find.

PETES NOT UNSTABLE?!!! Of course he bl**dy is!!! He protests against being a transvestite, when the oxford english dictionary defines (quotes) a transvestite as "somebody who habitually or frequently adopts the dress and often the behaviour of the opposite sex" Nothing AT ALL against transvestites, and not saying that transvestites are unstable, but a man who regularly dresses like a woman, denies being a cross dresser and gets mad at anyone who thinks he is, in my opinion has SERIOUS issues. Plus the fact in the diary room since the day he got here he has cried about missing his boyfriend!!!!

I disagree with you she is emotionally unstable, I think she was very strong. I think if I was getting treated like that I would probably have either burst into tears or decked someone. Pete did react badly to her sniping about his coat. He continually bitched about her and was nasty to her after that.

Maybe she would have picked up tips from other people but for them to force their advice on her is just arrogant and she's old enough to make her own mistakes. Rula telling her she should listen to her advice is a nice way of saying 'you are no good'.

She was wrong trying to get others to gang up on pete, but he didn't really have much thrown at him cos no one else made a comment as they are all too scared of him, even though they'd all agreed earlier the coat was offensive.

your last sentence really bothers me. she is getting shouted at by 3 angry men and you say her defensive responsive caused a lot of the trouble? Who wouldn't be defensive? She was not to blame for their frankly revolting behaviour and as grown men they should be ashamed of themselves.

If I remember rightly he was sat with Jodie on the first night whinging about his negative press attention.
He deals with it in different ways when he's upset though. He becomes aggressive and nasty and bullies people. Surely it's more normal to shed a few tears?

I don't jump on bandwagon's I don't agree with the way that the 3 blokes approached thing's but I sensed their frustration with the way she was acting, I was screaming at the t.v. myself and I'm not easily riled.

Jodie was hardly a quiet little girl in the corner that got picked on for being weak, she was nominated by 8 people and at various times those 8 all had a go at the way she acted and she caused such annoyance to others provoking them into saying thing's to her. If she's going to behave in a certain way that rub's others up the wrong way she's bound to be set upon, most of the stuff was just arguements to me. It takes two to tango.

I still maintain that she is emotinally unstable because she did break down a lot and her moods changed quite a lot.

You're never too old to learn and a lot of the time she was bitching off about something to someone else and I would find it hard not to give out advice, then she does not like the advice you give and then an arguement starts. If she does not want advice she should not go about seeking it out with the comments that she makes. Rula's proably twice Jodie's age and could give good advice, thing's may have been easier if she took something on board because she cleary annoyed the majority of her fellow housemates.

Even though nobody really challenged Pete over his coat, it's still can be classed as bullying on Jodie's part. It was a typical bullying tactic.

She was always on the defensive though, not just from the barrage from the 3 guys but every single thing she did not agree with when someone said something to her, some of the trouble could have been avoided if she just sat back listened then took it on and voiced her opinion in a well mannered way or just ignored it.

Those of you who voted to evict Jodie obviously have your reasons which you stand by. Fair enough. But I want to make this clear to you that you've ruined the show for me and many other people.

And if you voted Jodie out because of bullying and her feeling miserable (which most housemates succumb to sooner or later) you've in effect allowed the bullies to win because they've successfully hounded her out of the house. So give yourselves a pat on the back for being sensitive do-gooders.

I don't really agree with plastic surgery but it all went wrong and he had to correct it. Jodie's had her fair share of it, imagine if she had been hacked to bit's.

Pete's very witty a lot of the time and is clearly not stupid, just a bit sharp with his tongue.

I only voted Jodie out bcoz she is a slapper and she was getting picked on which in the end made me feel soz 4 her coz I didnt want her to go thru it 4 a long time but u cud c how much she woz lovin the flashes of the cameras on her I woz like i c wot pete and barrymore mean!

More likely to be in the lowlights, I think they danced once, and it got interesting for about 2 minutes when Traci got let out the bedroom. And they played about 3 songs, over and over again

The whole point of the show is to vote for the hm's you don't like to be evicted. Do you expect people to vote out the hm's they like?

Or rather, you wish that they'd done what was best for you. The most unpopular hm was evicted. She was a fake, bogus sham of a woman, had no positive character traits whatsoever, and is an insult to her gender. When she wasn't crying, looking for sympathy or moaning that she's bullied (basically because she's a bully herself) by the media, she was incredibly dull. Her eviction was the best thing that could've happened in the series, and the only regret is that we had to wait so long for it to happen.
