Default Eating and Putting On/Losing Weight

As you know, I have done threads like this in the past but making another one here as the others have gone.

Talk in here about food, putting on weight and losing it ect...

As you know, Im quite skinny, and Im wondering (as i know load sof people in here are experts at this subject) what I could eat for me to put weight on (without eating fast food and killing myself with masses of food).

Im at around 51-52kg at the moment, I reached 55kg before holiday but I was ill on holiday and dropped to 48kg! so since holiday I have put 3kg on but its a very slow process. I dont like when people moan about being heavy, I just wish i could have an extra 10kg!

Any help?

Not too bad, I wish i could get to 9.5 stone for me (8 stone for me atm), but I am short of a guy, 5'4-5'5 so my height makes me look like im not that skinny because im short.

But I like being quite short.

Go to the gym then. And some sport would help too.

Yeah, its a common misconception that of you put fat on before you start working then you bulk up faster. All that happens is your fat covers growing muscle and when the fat goes, the muscle looks like it has grown more than it actually has

If you go to the gym tbh you don't really need to bother watching your diet if you're only after getting a bit bigger

-You can gain weight without being unhealthy.
-The gym will actually help you make gains if your not doing running.

Sadly.
Ive lost 11 lbs and im looking skinny atm )=

5 foot 8/9 and weight 11.5 stone / 161lbs / 73kg.

Was at 12.2 though i didnt like it as i was looking fatter round the face and stomach.
Best weight for me was about 11.9/10

Ohh and i want to be 12.7 by christmas.

My body is great, I put on weight really easy but I take it off really easy. I just eat loads and exercise loads, stay at a decent weight.
