Yep, I remember it and Sledgehammer so vividly as a child. Think Thriller has to be up there too along with them.[/rquote] I remember sitting up until after 12 to watch thriller on MTVUS, the presenter was Vincent Hanley, who died years later of AIDS. Brilliant show and without it I would never had heard any american music! [/rquote] That A-ha video was so effective and it still holds up today. I found it quite sad and moving as a kid lol. Trying to think of other old classic ones.[/rquote] At the time I thought what utter rubbish. Why all the cr*p drawings with pencils? I still think that to be honest.[/rquote] It was great. So creative and one that I always remember from childhood.[/rquote] Yeah I loved the song. Was too young to understand the story too. I couldn't understand why he was all frustrated in the song and why those geezers were chasing after him because they looked wimpy. There's a funny parody of it on Youtube ![]() http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8HE9OQ4FnkQ |
