Well Netto says he works in mental health, yet I seemed to have offended him somehow. Im just telling you how it is. I have already been diagnosed as Bipolar so I guess my downs do get more extreme, but I did not reach the point of no return.

You almost did though, and it seems arrogant for you to completely deny you have a serious problem. I always equate any possible thoughts of ending ones life to having a problem. Not shoving it down your throat, just the way I interpret things.

Well it's not a nice label to have, and I would like to be able to think I could control myself, it is quite scary when I think I might not be able to. It's a hard thing to accept!

You CAN control yourself. Thats what you need to realise. Anything anybody else says is just a lie. In fact, by repeatedly convincing yourself you CANT control yourself, your making things easier and more sympathetic. Your relinquishing that control.

Get a grip and realise you can have it. Putting something around your neck is in YOUR control and in YOUR hands. Cut that stuff out, man. Life is far too good. Just be a lazy pig and indulge in the things you enjoy most, if that gets the job done .

Well if your not lying then your whole mental schema around mental health needs to change...The system is full of normal people who are just in mental distress, can happen to anyone, (theyre not all psychotic) and the people trying to help them are just normal folk, some of them have had mental health issues too, or their families...its not the 1950s anymore! And you need to think about your poor bloody mother in all this and get some bloody help!

I have seen a lot of people and they all let me go! Psychartists, Crisis Team, Early Intervention, CMHN. They all let me go, yet I still end up in hospital and that, it's weird :S. So it's not like I have not tried.
