Months of constant cameras, mirrors all around and being on national television for an hour each night can have a major impact on how you feel about the way you look. For many previous Big Brother contestants this has become a reality. Upon leaving the house contestants may undoubtedly spend hours watching past footage of themselves on the show and trawl through loads of newspaper articles not to mention the hundreds of online articles and forums with people's comments about their behaviour and their appearance.

Amy's confidence was particularly affected by being on the show. Amy went ahead with the procedure and was thrilled with the result as were Imogen and Orlaith from their breast enhancement procedures.

Orlaith underwent breast enlargement surgery with MYA six months after giving birth to her daughter. "During my pregnancy I noticed changes in my body especially with my breasts. They became a lot larger and it made me feel really feminine and I loved them. After giving birth I breast fed for five weeks. During that time I lost a lot of weight and most of it was lost from my breasts. This is when I realised that I wanted my full breasts back."

Amy thinks that Mikey will win Big Brother 9 and when asked who, if anyone, will be the first to have cosmetic surgery she replied "I think Nicole would have a boob job if Rex would let her!" Lisa has already admitted that she has had a breast enlargement which was paid for by her future husband Mario. Will she be tempted to have any more cosmetic surgery? I guess we will have to wait and see!
