I've thoroughly enjoyed my fortnight off. I haven't had 2 weeks (together) off work for about 10 years!!
Anyway, it's done me the power of good. I feel happy, relaxed and ready to go back on Monday now. |

Well I have just had one day off, and had great fun with my scanner putting all the boys pics on to disc for posterity.
I must say, it's got me all nostalgic! Aren't babies beautiful?? |

I was looking at old photos , too, last night. They brought a nostalgic tear to my eye on many an occasion. The scarey bit is when I look at photos of my daughter as a baby and then photos of my grandaughter who is a schoolgirl now. It just doen't seem possible.
The 'disk' idea is very sensible ROB. I am not very good at that yet [what's new ? !!!] The disks keep telling me they are full after 1 or 2 pics, I am obviously not 'squashing' them enough. I do find it hard ! |

I got a new scanner for Christmas and am loving it! I havent got the full swing of it yet because Im not brilliant when it comes to technology but I am making loads of photo albums of me and my friends to keep for memory when they all leave for university.

Awwww, don't do that Boris . . . I'm sure there are loads of interesting things we can talk about - what about the weather?
It's FREEZING up here in Scotland just now, but we've got lovely blue skies and a sprinkling of snow, so it's really quite pretty looking out of the window! Makes a welcome change from all that rain. |
