			Write down what you eat. When im on my diet.. I have what i can eat written down.. Then each day i write down what i eat as im eating it, and it really puts me off if i have to write down somthing unhealthy. Obviously try to find some good substitutes for the unhealthy thngs you eat.. For the simplest example.. eating an apple instead of a choclate bar.
