Oh yeah Event management is something I have never really thought about but it seemed like a fun idea when I wrote the letter.. Is work experience good then? I already have a job and do about 10 hours a week, 30 hours a week in holidays, so the work side of it will be nothing new, but is the experience good for deciding your future career?

Was years ago when I did it lol But yeah it is pretty good meeting the new people and that. I guess it depends what you do it in if it gives you an idea for a career. The thing you thought you loved you might actually hate, so I suppose it is a good insight.

I get to do 4 weeks of work experience this year.I did it in a hotel for my first week in the accomadation department and I think I'm either going to do it in a restaurant or an animal shelter for my next one,which is in January!:]

Mine was horrific, I didn't get a choice of where I wanted to go since I wasn't at school for a few weeks due to an acident and so they....they....placed me in....Ethel Austin's. worst two weeks ever.
