Default The 'Stupid Kids On Quiz Shows' Topic

I was watching a kids TV quiz show today. This is what I heard/saw:

Host: "Name two countries beginning with the letter 'I?"
Kid #1: "India!"
Kid #2: "In-gland!"

"In-gland" .. as in, England. Seriously...

The same kid was also asked:

Host: "Name a city in Englad beginning with the letter 'R'?"
Kid#2: "...Republic of Ireland"

.... !!!

sometimes its quite cute but sometimes it really angers me when they know they are being silly. Even though its natural for them and they can't help it, I am there thinking 'omg ****!'

YES IT WAS! Besides from the stupid kids, I found it quite amusing. When the kids go down the slide they make funny faces and I just think "Awww, give it 5 years and you'll regret doing this" and I love the hosts awkward and pointless links....example

"Kid #1 loves the smell of wet dog, but Kid #2 loves the smell of cheese. So, if a dog comes walking in after washing himself in cheese there could be trouble" .. like, WTF!?

I turned off after the boy said ROI was a city in England. I don't know who won - but I hope it was the girls. Even though they couldn't name a job beginning with the letter 'N' (A NURSE YOU SILLY COW!??1) they didn't give stupid answers.

Kids TV is just not what it used to be.

But yeah, I always think 'you're gonna regret this in years to come' when I see kids on TV shows.
