Top Gear's return to BBC Two for its 14th series attracted 5.48m (19.1%) at 9pm.

Massive ratings for last night on BBC1 and ITV, more ratings:

Waters Of Mars- 9.1m (BBC1)
Antiques Roadshow- 5.8m (BBC1)
Ray Mears' Northern Wilderness- 1.9m (BBC2)
Garrow's Law: Tales From The Old Bailey- 4.5m (BBC1)
Come Dine With Me- 1.4m (C4)
Flags Of Our Fathers- 1m (C4)
Towering Inferno- 765,000 (Five)
Dude, Where's My Car?- 551,000 (Five)

Basically, Five and C4 are going down and hitting rock bottom. C4 more so than Five as Five right now has Flashforward as their flagship show which gets 2-5-3m weekly... what do C4 have... NOTHING!!
BB is needed when looking at those ratings. Makes the average of BB10 2.5m sound very good.
