As has been said I think this is one of the best interviews I've ever read with Helen. So completely natural - I only wish I could hear her in all her glory.

DP: This is Heart 106.2 with Helen Adams from Big Brother. Quick question for you. Which one of Bubble's hats was Paul's favourite? Can you remember?

H: Oh

DP: Paul's favourite hat of Bubble

H: Oh God! Bubble had so many of them, erm, I'm going to guess... no Brian's was the teddy bear one. Erm. I'm just going to guess and just say I don't really know.

DP: Shall we find out?

H: Yeah because I really haven't a clue because there were so many of them.

DP: This is the answer

PC: Er, none of them

H: Yeah. Ah that's a good job I didn't ... I didn't think... I kept thinking I can't remember Paul going to Bubble 'I really like that hat'

EN: You know your stuff don't you? You really know your boyfriend very well

H: Well I've lived with him in a house like with no else or just a few people for 8 weeks so we've had like a year and a half's worth of conversation really. You know what I mean?

EN: Ahhh. I think it's very romantic that you are still talking

DP: That's true

EN: Would you like to play.. we've got a 60 second quiz, another quiz for you. Let's play lots of games. This is Erica's 60 second quiz. Are you up for this? It's very easy I promise

H: Yeah

EN: Helen Adams, are you ready because your 60 seconds starts now. Which perfume do you use?

H: Gucci Rush

EN: Which CD is in your stereo right now?

H: Madonna's Greatest Hits

EN: Favourite hairdo?

H: Erm, upstyle, sort of

EN: Last movie you saw?

H: Lord of the Rings. Boring!

EN: I dont know, I'm not a big fan either

EN: What's the most romantic thing Paul has ever done for you?

H: One time I was really really upset and he made this nice sort of like.. this sort of thing I could kick in because I was really annoyed with someone so he made this balloon with a face and I kicked it and everything

EN: Ahhh. That's really quite sweet. Which TV show do you never miss?

H: Eastenders

EN: Your favourite holiday spot?

H: Anywhere where it's sunny

EN: What's you most annoying habit?

H: erm probably I don't know, blowing my hair

EN: What's Paul's

H: Oh my God! Paul.. Paul's is looking in the mirror doing his hair.

EN: Last question quick one. How many times did you take your driving test?

H: 2

EN: Thank you for doing that for us

H: That's OK

DP: I think you're lovely, it's really nice to meet you

H: Do you have any more Clarkey questions?

DP: I think I might have run out almost. OK one more

H: Yeah let's have one more

DP: I'll give you 2 more. How much does Paul weigh?

H: 11 stone something

H: He's all muscle

E: Is it now?

H: It's a six pack

DP: And one more then. This is too easy. What's his favourite football team? You must know.

H: Reading

DP: Reading?

H: I don't know

DP: Let's see if you're right

PC: I'm going to say England there because that's the only one she would get!

DP:LOL

H: That's not on Mr Clarke.. because that's the only one she'd get. Well Reading's in England sort of thing innit? I'll have a word with him about that when I get home

EN: I think you should

H: I think I should

Great interview, classic Helen. Thanks so much Chris for taking the trouble to post it.

I thought one of the most interesting insights was that Helen didn't think she'd still be on TV a year later and she didn't seem a bit bothered if she wasn't. I like to think that she's glad to be out of it rather than pining for a celebrity status which has faded so completely.

All in all a great interview by a thoroughly nice woman. She'll always be a star with that positive attitude.
