Anyone else watched this?
Alright, It was a little fast and loose with historical fact, and it oversimplified and romanticised probable Autism. It was however beautifully filmed and captured those last 'before the world went mad' moments very well I thought. Rather timely...................... |

I watchedThe Lost Prince, ROB.
To me it was extremly interesting. I can remember seeing Queen Mary at our present Queens Caronation and thought she was very elegant. I was always struck by her straight back. A funny thing to remember I know. I never knew she had a son called John until this program was shown . Very interesting indeed. ![]() As you say " very timely " |

It was just up my street - historical and sad.
Would love to know if Georgie was actually that much smaller than his brother - seeing as he was supposed to be older. Cried my eyes out at the end, but then give me a sad story and I'm off. Loved the bit when the villagers came into the graveyard and when he played the trumpet. Though it makes you think as a mum how on earth could parents be so cold to a child. I just wanted to give him a big cuddle. |
