I was about to say that as well, you'll have to let us know, we can't have you forking out for the stamps and the tapes. But a big thank you for doing it though. It's a good video which brings back happy memories of a great night. I look so embarrassed doing that Kareoke lol. I must have looked the same when watching it myself.

It sounds like most of you got your tape today,
if not then maybe tomorrow I don't think we recorded at our best , well never mind maybe we won't sound so bad next time   The cost of the tape, postage and packing was £2.36p I do hope you really enjoy seeing the night again Love Maggie xx |

I've just watched the video and it brought back so many happy memories of an absolutely fantastic evening.
It was lovely to see you all again too and, I have to say, great singing everyone. Maggie, thank you. You're an absolute star.

Lovely to hear you are on the mend and congratulations on the new arrival.
Will the arrival of those tapes burst the bubble of our memories of how well we were all behaved   And as for the singing - well - I will say no more = professionals all

MANY THANKS DISCOLADY
My tape arrived safe & sound this morning. I must admit to leaving it, unopened, all day in fear & trepidation!! I finally took my courage in both hands & watched it this evening. It brought back so many happy memories - not only of meeting everyone but also of the wonderful karaoke renditions of some classic tunes!! Special karaoke mention must go to Tom (what a star!) - he sang so beautifully but honourable mentions to ROB, Peachy and Kaz & Janette for their fine renditions. Mustn't forget Sticks' stirling version of 'You'll never walk alone' - had us all waving our arms to & fro - fab!! Thanks again Discolady - a lovely thing to keep. |

My video arrived this morning too. I kept looking at it thinking shall I watch today or keep it for a treat. Well of course I couldnt resist. What memories it brought back and the performances - well had to be seen to be believed. Special mention to the rendition of Summer Nights (what talent yet to be discovered), My Guy (wonder who they were talking about), Waterloo (ABBA would have nothing to worry about), Hello (wonderful) plus many many more. Though I must admit the video did miss out on the singing in the hotel bar much much later on by Manchester United fans etc. Will say no more. All I can say what a group of normal, completely sensible people we really are and as one of the last songs said we are "Simply The Best"
