I think children should believe in Santa until as late as possible. It seems children stop believing at an earlier age when each new generation comes along which is a shame.

Told at 13 seems a bit late. Imagine if someone still believed in Santa once they got to year 7 at secondary school, lol, everyone usually knows he is not real by then. I think about 9/10 years old is a good age to be told the truth. I think if people stopped believing before then it seems too young.

I remember someone from school told me they were 3 when they stopped believing in Santa because her grandma told her and she apparently hit her grandma when she told her? That is cruel.
