RODMAN'S SNIPE AT CHANTELLE

CROSS-DRESSING basketball star Dennis Rodman yesterday slammed former Celebrity Big Brother housemate Chantelle for splitting up Preston and his girlfriend.

Ordinary Boys singer Preston, 24, who flirted with Chantelle, 22, on the show, met the model for a 15-hour night of passion in London.

Rodman, who spent a month with the pair, said: "I think it's pathetic. The way Preston and his girlfriend have been exploited and then all of a sudden those two guys get together."

As news of the romp emerged yesterday, Preston's French girlfriend, Camille Anzar, 25, was spotted singing French songs loudly at Brighton railway station.

An onlooker said: "She sounded like she was losing the plot." Rodman, 44, Madonna's ex, said "no amount of money" would tempt him to do Big Brother again.

The 6ft 8in star said he was not in touch with his former housemates but that he fancied ex-Baywatch babe Traci Bingham, 38, more than Sven Goran Eriksson's ex-mistress Faria Alam, 39 - after living with them both on the show.

You're right, of course. I've always wanted to have hair extensions that are so badly in need of attention that I look like Wurzel Gummidge, to be so inept at applying make up that I look like a panda in drag, and to have a room temperature I.Q. Not to mention my dream of having bee sting breasts that I can expose in a magazine for a few hundred pounds, a gullibility factor that's off the scale and the word SHALLOW running right through me like a stick of rock. And I nearly forgot my fantasy of wearing pink wellies indoors ... with a ra-ra skirt. She's so full of enviable qualities, isn't she?

Hang on - if you ask a question, isn't it up to others to decide whether you've made a point or not? I didn't like him at all when he first went into the house, but he grew on me as the days went by. He's a great big teddy bear (as I think Pete said, too), and I'd feel completely safe in his company. He showed a lot of tenderness at times in the house, and even when he's angry, the only problem I can see is that it makes him mumble. Preston & Chantelle are just very dull people. Preston is extremely green for a man of his age, and not someone that could be relied upon. And Chantelle is far too facile to appeal. Friendship needs to be something more than an act of charity, after all. But more so than anything else, they're both such willing liars and egomaniacs that they'd be an absolute nightmare to have as friends. Friendship is built on trust, and I'd never trust either of them for a moment.

I think Dennis's comments were about right. I'd rather have been in the house with him than with Preston and Chantelle - he was far more interesting and could be quite sweet at times. Chantelle would have really irritated me - and I probably would have irritated her too. I found her very shallow. As for Preston - I couldn't really say I disliked him - I just found him bland.

That's cool, and it was the way that I read the three of them at first, too. But the more I watched, the roles were completely reversed. I'd feel safe with and trust Dennis, but definitely not the other two.
