Default who should pay for drink related emergency services costs ?

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE ON BIG BROTHER GENERAL CHAT FORUM < WE ONLY HAVE A FEW DAYS NOW BEFORE THE BEST SHOW ON EARTH STARTS AND I CAN NOT WAIT < BEFORE MY POEMS JUMP TO BIG BROTHER HERES A FINAL NEW RANT POEM ON TODAYS TOPIC < I REALLY DO THINK IF WE CHARGE PEOPLE FOR CALLING OUT THE EMERGANCY SERVICES WHEN THEY ARE DRUNK IT WILL FOR SURE CUT THE TIMES THEY ARE CALLED OUT AND WILL THERE FOR BE BETTER TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE THAT REALLY NEED THEM <

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE <

who should pay for the emergency services

i am a tax payer,

so i deserve to be on this panel,

are you ready for some radical ideas,

deep breath as the joe dose not speak no flannel.

if you call the emergency services,

and you are under the influence or have a habit,

you will be hit with a £1000 fine,

i dont want to hear any of your beef or rabbit.

if someone else calls,

you are still responsible as of your state,

with these consequences,

i have a feeling for long they wont be your mate.

as for the drink damage,

that the N-H-S are currently under massively pressure,

all booze has to increase 10 fold,

and its going to the N-H-S and not the the government or her majesty pleasure.

you hit people where it hurts,

it is all justice and ITS unfortunate IT unfairly penalise,

but prevention and the quantity consumed,

was the whole point of Joes poem exercise.

Completely agree! They should face charges as well - if someone who really needs an ambulance dies as a result.

I agree these people should pay.

Also I think something is wrong with system or regulation as well.

One summer, we had a Japanese work experience student in our office.

He was in London for two years studying, so he had a travel medical insurance.

One night he was walking Thames with his friend, he was mugged and strangled. He woke up in a hospital next morning and was told he could leave.

He was prepared to pay by using the insurance, he was very surprised he was not asked.

Something is not right.
