They are scared they will take the streets and riot if they don't get their own way. Seems what they are best at doing, why don't they go to Afghanistian and hold up some coffins, see how long it takes for them to get shot. Why is it even being debated?? UK has gone soft.

Islam4uk really need sorting out, they represent the Islam faith horribly.

That video is ridiculous, No religion really has any power in the UK, nevermind Islam. It's just a small bunch of idiots giving the rest a bad name, like the afforementioned group.

How about the majority of them which are accepting of integration? Every religion has it's darker side but you can't tar everyone with the same brush.

Not the same as Islam though. There is no such thing as a funamentalist Muslim as they all believe the quran to be 100% literal, and that is what we class as a fundie. Just some choose to act out on it, some don't.

Is every Christian a devout Christian to the word? No, it's the same with Islam you get some that are fundamentalists and some that only take so much away from the Qu'ran, just like most Christians do with the bible. It's all religion at the end of the day and they're people like us too. It's quite ignorant to state that all Muslims are fundamentalists and such when a lot aren't.

It's all hyperbole spun up by the red tops and the BNP at the end of the day. Instead of damning a massive number of people we should focus on the groups that are making the trouble.

You take 'Fundamentalist' out of context, i'm not on about every muslim wants to blow themself up, but what we define as a fundie, every muslim (if they follow their religion correctly) fits into.

But the point is the same could be said for any religion if you follow it completely. Every religion has the fundamentalist groups which aren't representative as the religion as a whole. In Islam you have the Islam4UK, In Christianity you have sects like the Westboro Baptist Church and Opus Dei whih preach prejudice, self harm and treating women as lesser humans respectively. Yet mainstream Christianity isn't seen like that, my point is that it's the same for Islam, you have the extreme sects and then you have the more mainstream majority that obviously aren't fundamentalists.

I do get what you're trying to say but I think that point could be used in an argument against any religion really.
