He uses a sinister laugh as a defence mechanism. He is creepy around women (I think he does not like women). he has eyes like an Aleutian Alsatian.
coming out of the diary room singing that song etc was a total FAIL
He needs to relax, stop the pedantic preaching, be more succint and stop the smoking.
