ok, may be I am not practicing what I preach here and am being unkind too. In my defense judgemental people are my pet peeve.
I sense that she is not very happy and there are things that worry her, things she doesn´t speak about in the house. Misery often makes people nasty. But to call another human being a "non-entity", how can anyone do that? Who is she to say something like that?? (and I am not a fan of Sov´s at all).
In another words - my pity for her is overshadowed by my disgust. Her behaviour may be understandable, but not excusable. There are plenty of people who´ve had a much harder life than her and who still manage to remain kind.

Besides - you´d think that a woman of her age has had more time to grow up than most of the HMs. Apparently, she was too busy bitching "beautifully" and "classily".
