I don't think her laughing is fake at all. And as for all this snobbish stuff. Rubbish! She's just from a different walk of life. Age can make a difference as well in some areas, such as humour. It's all different for everybody. You don't have to be rich or talk proper to be snobby. Anybody from any background has this capacity.
