Right imagine this.
If i go to sleep to late, i loose weight. If i eat badly ill loose weight. If i do anything physical i loose weight. If i dont go to the gym i loose weight.. Only way i can gain weight is if i eat everything and dont move other than going gym, only i put on a bit of fat to. I have put on 8 lbs since ive been off work.. 10 days and put on over half a stone is okay..
