rofl, it has the exact same effect on me. I treat it like a competition and I'm like 'FLORENCE MUST BEAT KESHA. CHRISTINA MUST WINNNN' LOL. Like this week I played GaGa for 2 days straight to get her ahead of Britney.

Aye I'm the same. It's a bit like a double edged sword because I don't feel free anymore ... I feel like ... commited to certain bands and positions and whatnot, even though I really didn't start to properly scrobble until a few days ago.

My laptop is wired up to the Hi-Fi and amp no so no matter where the stuff get's played, she get's scrobbled. Actually everything is just getting filtered through the synth setup so pretty much every piece of audio is now passing through one singular, holy channel.

i know the feeling, I have to be so careful of phases I go through now. I mean christ, I woke up one day and saw 300 Hilary ****ing Duff plays and thought 'what am I doing with my life'.

Right. TiBB chart dominance is going to have to take the form of weekly missions. Next week I'm going to focus on a few select bands to batter in to the charts.

That's how I have started to listen to music now anyway. I'm picking three or four artists and devoting a week to them.
