Half of the members wouldn't be good, I could think of a few great candidates but half of the regulars are hyperactive 13 year olds with more time on their hands then sense. It's better to bring in 1 or 2 new mods then to replace ones that are doing a good job.

I like the fact that the moderators can moderate and interact with the forum like any other member. I don't think there is a single problem with the current bunch of moderators.

Why dont you just PM the site owner and offer your services.

Another suggestion, I hope you dont mind, if you do have an axe to grind with a member of staff or even another member of the forum, either make a complaint or take it to PM with said member.

The ones that stay as mods have experience, are quicker and generally fairer, more tolerant than a new mod. Plus they also know the quirks of the system they use.

They know the shortcuts, and how to carry out functions on the mod panel etc.

In short they are generally a whole lot better than new inexperienced mods.

Thats not saying there is no room on the forum for a few more mods.

At the moment there's Ben - very active, knows when enough is enough and a generally nice guy; Vicky - also active, great sense of humour, isn't too trigger-happy (although I notice a few of the trolls have issue with her, I wonder why ); Greg - some dick; Laura - who's only really a problem if Mark Owen goes mad with a katana; James - whose 'catchphrases' provide Jessica and thebeast with 80% of their "material"; Daren - some dick; Kaz - some babe; Mark - ... and that's enough really.

Oh and Ben - I can't see ukturtle coming back unless he's confirmed he will, because he's still in Australia. Dunno about Marc.

However when bb11 comes we will be in need of new mods! I think Setenta, Nathan, Niamh and Wombai would make good mods.

and yes one of the reasons was the ban which was too harsh and i try and explain to you that i thought it was unfair and you are just sarcastic back which is just unacceptable this is why we need a change as you cannot be serious back as if you could not care so yeah if you arent serious in your job then i think its time that you were FIRED!!! sorry but the truth hurts vicky.
