Peter Tosh. He was in The Wailers with Bob. His own solo stuff is fantastic and comes highly reccomended for those into Bob.

Can I mention Althea and Donna? And are dub and roots etc acceptable? Or am I going off at a tangent?

You want to listen to the likes of Selecter "On my radio", Lambrettas "Poison Ivy", Madness "The Prince" etc.

Colourbox always remains one of my favourite dub songs of all time. It never seems to date for me.
