Default Helen kids tv presenter

Ok don't ask me why i'm reading the Daily Star on Sunday but if I wasn't we wouldn't know this.

Helen eyes TV job

Former Big Brother babe Helen Adams is being lined up to be a kiddies' tv presenter.
The dizzy blonde is being looked at for shows like Bkue Peter, The Saturday Show and SM:TV.
"She's got all the makings of a great childrens' television star," said her spokeswoman.
Helen, 24, shot to fame in the spy on the wall series two years ago when she was runner up to winner Brian Dowling.
The sexy Welsh lass won an army of fans with her bizarre sayings- dubbed Helenisms.
After Big Brother 2 the ex-hairdresser co-presented a new Sky one show with Lorraine Kelly. She hosted a slot about hair and beauty.
Helen who fell in love with 26 year old fellow housemate Paul Clarke also launched a successful dance fitness video.
Her spokeswoman said: "She has done tv presenting and is very good with children. She'd like to combine both skills-and a job on kids TV would be perfect."
Helen and Paul have been dating for 20 months and live in a £360,000 house in Barnet,Herts.
"They are very happy together", said the spokeswoman.

Don't know how true it all is but nice pick of H&P taken the night of the final.
Also a piece on Kate being put on standby to take over from Davina if her baby comes.
See, you should all buy the Daily Star, it's great for gossip!!!!!

I wouldn't DREAM of asking you why you're reading the Daily Star, Chilled!!

This is the best news we could possibly have had. Helen IS brilliant with children and she'd be absolutely ideal for a job in Children's TV. I'm SO pleased for her. She'll be in her element.

Heck, now I have an excuse to watch Kid's TV programmes again.

It doesnt sound very definite tho does it? SMTV is on ITV and Blue Peter and The Saturday show are on BBC1 so she'd obviously not in talks with a particular show or even a particular channel! None of those shows need new presenters at the mo do they?

It just sounds like this is what her management want her to do at the mo, I hope it happens tho, she'd be really good!!

I hope that it is true and that something does come of this. It would be lovely to see Helen back on our screens again and I think she would make an excellent children's presenter.

I hope she does get on the telly, and I think I said ages ago somewhere that she'd be great on a kids show. It was that Lorraine Kelly's fault for putting her on a boring lifstyle show, then dumping her when it suited. If she hadn't done that Lorraine she'd have been well on our tv screens by now I'm sure of it. Don't know about Blue Peter though, unless she's prepared to throw herself out of an Aeroplane with a dodgy parachute. SMTV she'd be good at, she could replace Brian.only joking Brian fans Maybe she could partner Brian.

This is lovely news!

I agree Steve - I always thought the Lorraine show was a bit lame, but I would never have said anything at the time. You're probably right about the "availability" thing too - she probably missed out on a lot of other TV work because she was tied down with that.

I think Helen would be great on kids TV - if nothing else because the kids seem to love her! Blue Peter is a bit "old hat" for Helen I think, she needs something a bit more trendy, fun and lively.

Replace Brian??? He's irreplaceable! Seriously tho, it would be nice to see them do something together.

This is really good news I do hope we see Helen on TV soon.I only wish it was Helen instead of Kate that was on standby for Big Brother I'm sure she'd be a more popular choice

Thanks for that Chilledbootz.

Like the rest of you, I do hope this is true. Helen would be ideal doing a children's TV programme - kids love her, and her bubbly personality would be perfectly suited to it.

She's been sadly missed recently, and I've got my fingers crossed that something good comes along for her very soon.

I also think this is a bit of an attempt to relaunch Helen by her agent, it's very vague. I imagine Helen is doing the rounds looking for something.

Let's just hope she is successful. She would be a great children's TV presenter. I think we have all remarked on this over the last 21 months or so.

Nice to hear a very recent comment about Helen and Paul being very happy together!

Good Luck Helen!

This story about Helen, combined with the one that blinkinlovely spotted in Wales On Sunday, makes me think that there is more to it than just her agents trying to talk up her chances of getting a new presenting role.

I think that the bit of the story mentioning Blue Peter, The Saturday Show and SM:TV could just be the Daily Star talking. It wouldn't seem likely that she would get to present a show as big as those, and they're not looking for new presenters anyway.

If it happens I think she would be great at it. Her presenting style is so natural. There are a lot of presenters on TV who I don't think are as good as she would be.

It sounds to me like her agent has got wind of the start date of BB4 and decided to strike while the irons hot.
I hope i'm wrong but I don't see H on our screens for anything other than a review of this years BB. As far as BB contestants commenting on it H is way down the list now. I think she is seen as a bit of an idiot now. All the things that are so endearing about her we remember but that's because we are still talking about her. Most people I know when you mention her name pull a funny face and say something very nasty, and these are the same people who voted for her to win two years ago because they liked her. This fame game is a very fickle business!!!!

Well I for one had a little clap when I saw this on my return from my hols. Oh what gossip I've missed. OH wouldnt let me buy a paper or have an idle glance at the magazines whilst we were away. Insisted we did sight seeing etc. What a waste.

Seriously there have been suggestions over the last few months that Helen was up to something. Lets hope we see her back on our screens.

Great to here her and Paul are still happy together. Well we always knew that really didnt we.
