Exactly! I can tell you that is probably exactly what happened and what is worse is they detect you resent or disrespect what they are doing and see a golden opportunity to put in someone to royally eff with.

The only thing I would worry about is that he gets picked, they will antagonize him, humiliate him (or her not sure),
