Exactly right. He is nearly what you can call a 'professional reality show contestant/applicant',
and,
when picked and early on he had a clear look of "I am entitled to this, know exactly what I'm doing and I sense most of these people do not."

He analyzed the situation, personalities and what he could and could not get away with and went with a sort of 'Brian Bello' (not exactly) but the clueless rural aussie boy 'who me?' character with major endearing potential and that very often passes by radars as unthreatening or even saved as the 'useful idiot'.
Just as BBLB defined him today.

He is probably the closest thing to a professional BB player and knows exactly what to act like and how and where.

Is he fake?
Depends how you look at it. If you see this as a 'contest' to be won then you can say he is sincerely playing this game and so far very well!

I have the feeling JJ will be the first to walk.

I think it's obvious he honestly dosent think he can win and is probably just here for the experience (which is less of a motivation to stay and put up with all the inevitable crap then thinking you can win Ł100,000).

I think once he feels he has heightened his profile enough he will bail.
