Keep Sleazer to prove the world is becoming amoral.

Evict Lea and Richard for the same reasons as the one above.

Keep Richard and Lea as they have the place of Mummy and Daddy in the house and provide a stabilising force, whereas once Sleazer goes, there is Mikey to take his place, as they are both common lads. Sleazer is disposable and a vile vile human being.
