Nope Sezer suggested they all go to bed before Richard laid into them. Sezer was asking Richard to apologise to Imogen for the way he said what he did. Whether you agree or not with what he said he was still out of order in the way he said it. So then sezer got angry, anyway Richard is stronger than Sezer so intimidation is not an issue.
