Only lost a pound this week. Still I must admit that it was better than I thought I had done cos I had been a bit naughty and eaten stuff I shouldn't have and probably drunk too much as well

This week is going to be a nightmare as I have my mad friends Mary and Jet staying and we are doing some serious partying with a certain Mr Hadley, so I am not looking forward to the next weigh-in lol.

I have warned my Slimming World consultant though and she said, and I quote.. 'Go for it, but just make sure you do something really scandalous to make it all worthwhile'

So in other words - it's all her fault.

A few years ago I was an avid gym addict and used to go and work out every day. It was when other commitments took over and I stopped going that I put all my weight on.

I can't afford gym membership at the mo, though I really wish I could, but I do try to exercise a reasonalble amount. I have an exercise bike which I go on in the mornings and I always try to walk places etc...

All in all, I'm ot too bad.

Moment of truth time again, LEE! You didn't think I'd let you forget, did you?

Did you manage to fit your weekly weigh-in at Slimming World into your hectic social schedule? If so, come on . . . . . spill the beans . . . . . .

No Kaz, Slimming World didn't fit into the schedule this week however I was brave enough to weigh myself this morning

Now I don't know how I have managed to do this cos you really DO NOT want to know how much alcohol I have drunk this week, but I have lost another pound

...and where was I at 7pm last night when I should have been weighing in? I was sitting having a drink and waiting for Tone to turn up, in the same pub that he was filmed in on that clip that they showed on the Reborn final

Default Losing weight

Well done lee all these pounds soon add up. you've done really well to lose some every week some times you get weeks where you stick to the same as the week before and it makes you feel down but if you get any weeks like that dont worry it makes you even more determind to do better the next week.Although looking at your photos last week it doesent look like you have got any weight to lose.

Congratulations, LEE. Another pound in the right direction.

A 'liquid' diet obviously agrees with you!

Keep up the good work - as herindoors said, your recent photos showed that all your efforts are definitely paying off.

I have just got back from my Slimming World meeting after missing the last 2 weeks.

I am still in a state of shock, because after my 2 weeks of partying, excesses of alcohol, and eating all sorts of things I shouldn't, I have managed to lose 3.5lbs

I had been dreading it, I was convinced I would have put on weight and I couldn't believe it when I stepped on the scales and she said how much I had lost.

I think I must have just been running on adrenalin for 2 weeks and it has counteracted everything else lol

I would recommend the Tony Hadley diet to anyone lol

Well done, LEE!

That sounds exactly the sort of diet I'd enjoy and stick to - eat what you like, drink to excess, and follow a popstar all over the country for two weeks! What a toughie!

Good on ya - keep it up!
