Imo there is no such thing.
To say 'you have a great taste in music' to another would suggest you have similar taste in music to that person.

Well there is no good music taste as it's all opinions.
But I think good music is things with variation, different instruments for different moods, passionate, powerful music. I like bands with masterpieces, for example I Won't See You Tonight Part 1 by Avenged Sevenfold. An extremely emotional song, created by the violins and orchestra.
