But I really don't think the 'chav girl' vote is very big - they obviously won't have any credit on their mobiles. The teenage girl vote on the other hand is, and this audience may well keep him in - but this is irrelevent to the thread title. Unless, of course, you're implying that all teenage girls are chavs?
