I thought the exact same thing when he was saying that.
I couldn't believe he could keep a straight face when he was saying it. It was almost a perfect description of his behaviour!

When he was on BBBM it looked like he was have a moment of realization about how he'd come across on TV, especially when they were showing the clips of him stirring and bitching
