There are reports over in Oz on the radio that last night tiesto was killed in a car accident.
Trying to find out if this is true, but not pulling up much. Anyone know if this is true, and if so, what a massive loss to the DJ and music world.

googling "tiesto dead" gets links from a 2006 hoax. Maybe that is still bouncing around the web like hoaxes do.

Why exactly would it be a massive loss? The guy has become a millionaire off the back of peddling repetetive, hackneyed Dutch trance to teens and chavs the world over. He is one of the main culprits who can be held directly responsible for this false notion that all trance and dance music is repetetive, meaningless, head banging, MDMA fuelled nonsense. He has a few catchy anthems and everything else has pretty much sucked a donkey's dick.
And donkey's dicks don't expell artistic merit from the shaft, no matter how long you have been sucking. |
