Dave is just floggining a product, albeit non-tangible, but a product anyway. If there is a market that will buy it then good luck to him. Its no different than any other church or insurance company or the likes. If there is a demand for the stuff he does then what is the problem?

for one an insurance company is a register business and pays taxes off the money it makes.
so is Dave paying the tax man his tax contributions from the money his business makes and more so is he paying taxes on the "contributions' he pockets? because if it is a salary he better be paying taxes on that like everyone else...
