theory 1; on her period
theory 2; drug withdrawal symptoms
theory 3; family bereavement, maybe her grandfather hence the significance of his hat.
I remember hearing her say that night as the directional mics eventually picked up some words "I was so arrogant to think I could just deal with it without taking any time out" I think that supports 2nd and 3rd theory.
